Josephine Millward is a Partner at OpAmp Capital, a frontier tech venture fund based in Washington DC. OpAmp invests in early stage companies with a unique value proposition to disrupt large and growing markets. Ms. Millward brings more than twenty years of investment and industry experience in dual-use Defense and Space Tech. Prior to joining OpAmp, she was the Head of Research at Seraphim Capital, one of the most prolific space VCs in the world, and part of the team that took the fund public in 2021. She began her career as a Wall Street Analyst, first at JP Morgan covering Communications Tech, then launching coverage on small-cap tech companies that became mission critical to the US military and allies for operations in Iraq and Afghanistan with the Washington Research Group.  Her technology areas of interest include Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), AI data analytics, autonomy, alternative GPS, drone/robotics, connectivity, space infrastructure, sustainability and energy transition.
